- Feel it
- Listen to what it is telling you- what’s its orgin?
- Reach out
- Talk it out with someone you trust & feel safe with
- Be gentle to yourself
- Make decisions on what you need to do to make changes
- Do visualization of a place that brings you serenity
Remember: You did the best you could at the time, and when
you know better, you do better. Stop beating yourself up!

PRACTICING THE THREE DIFFICULTIES:
- May I see what I do
- When it happens, may I do something different
- May that be a way of life for me
Remember: Keep an open heart and remain curious no matter
how difficult things get.
Whichever of the two occurs, be patient. Whether it is glorious
or wretched, delightful or hateful, be patient. Patience
means allowing things to unfold at their own speed rather than
jumping in with your habitual response to either pain or pleasure.
